My wife and me submit sponsorship demand 4 month ago , we received that like after 3 month . An email saying : This confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2023/**/** on behalf of the following member(s):, with UCI and Application number .

Is it an AOR or its just an email they send before ?

Yes, It's AOR with the application number at the top of the email. (Just above the text you quoted)

It tells you it in the letter, This confirms that your application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada

I work for federal governement you would be surprised how sometime they can be stiff on exact phrasing. I was expecting it to be call directly an AOR , i would not have been suprised if they had another one call COR ( confirmation ... ) .

AOR stands for Acknowledgement of Receipt, so it's not too far off COR. You got it which is the main thing.
