what will be the next step and how long it may take from Now

Hello every one.

I am seeking for some important information regarding my Temporary work permit for canada.

I have applied for temporary work permit from India for Canada Nova, almost all the steps are completed and I have also undergone thru medical test on last Thursday .i.e 5th March 2015, Now I need your help to understand below mention queries.

Q 1: is Medical test is the last step in process (my passport is already there in embassy)

Q 2:How long it will take now to get the VISA in my medical report is clear ( as per hospital they have already uploaded the report to canada imigration site on Saturday 8 march 2015)

Q 3: will they ask for an interview if I have nomination certificate from Nova Scotia Govt.

Q 4: I have also sent my application to CIO for PR purpose as soon as I received nomination certificate but I have not received any update so far, what shouls I do.

Q 5: My Passport has a 1 year 6 month validity so will they give me 2 year work permit.

I will be really thankful if you could please help me with above mention queries.
