Each memeber of your family listed in the application of permanent residence (spouse, common-law partner, dependent children who are 18 years or older) must complete his own copy of that form (the schedule 1 background declaration).
There is no any question in that form (schedule 1 background declaration) asking you to write the marriage dates !! :
The marriage dates are only asked on the aplication for permanent residence which must be completed only by you as a principal applicant (question number 9):
