What to select? .. Please guide and help me,

Hello,

I was doing education assessment.Can any one guide what should i select?.. I am graduate. Total 15 years of education.What to select from bottom choice?

1)Obtained a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship (other than university) and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies

2)Obtained two or more university degrees at the bachelor’s level and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies

Please advice?

I think you can only include and count formal education where you were issued a diploma or certificates.
