What to fill in "to date" for current address, personal history in Schedule A: Background / Declaration (IMM 5669) form and for current job in Your Work Experience in Schedule 3: Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker (IMM 0008 – Schedule 3) form?
Can I fill it as current year/current month or "Till date"?

I am not using any Representative. So should I need to fill Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) form as N/A and send it to CIO?

Please clarify.
