I would like to confirm the list of doc's before applying for FSWP. If i miss any doc's please mention ur reply's:
1. Generic Application form (IMM 008).
2. Schedule A : Background Declaration (IMM 5669)
3. Additional Dependents declaration (IMM 008DEP) ---- This is not applicable for me as i have only 2 dependents.
4. Supplementary Information - IMM 5562
5. Schedule 3 : Economic classes - Federal skilled workers (IMM 0008 - SCHEDULE 3)
6. Additional family information (IMM 5406)
7. Use of a representative - IMM 5476

Remove no.2 document from your list as its not applicable in your case. but add (5. Supplementary Information – Your travels - IMM5562E) in any case, if you didnt travel out of country in last 10 years then select "Did not travel" for you and your spouse. and make sure this information should telly with your travelling documents (Passport).
and Use of a representative will not be applicable if you are not using representative. this will required when you are using paid or unpaid representative. you are not required to send this form in above case.
