What to do now processing time delay study visa

I and my brother applied for study visa on 26th sep through vfs chandigarh under spp for two year diploma program.We both have 12th from non-medical stream and both above 85 percent.Good ielts score.GIC and one semester fees paid.Now processing time is 5 weeks.But 5 weeks are going to get over today.Now what to do....I mean shall i contact Chandigarh Embassy.

I applied on 30 oct and my file is being processed at chandigarh embassy and i want to know that how long should u hage to wait??
