What to do? Changing university after CAQ application lodged?

Hi all, I lodged my CAQ application in late April and have yet to received any feedback, no update on the website apart from 'application received'.
Now in early June I have received another offer from other university and I am thinking of getting the new one, I have yet paid any fee for the previous university.

So the question is, what should I do now? Should I start a new CAQ application all over again? I think it is about time I would receive the CAQ from the previous application , what should I do with it? Can I use the old CAQ to apply for study permit and study in the new university?

Any info would be appreciated.
