I have got admitted in Concordia university but I am still waiting for decision from Carleton university. I have to apply for CAQ now, but I want to ask, can I apply VISA for Carleton University after applying to CAQ, if i get admitted in Carleton.
Moreover tell me, do I need the original letter for CAQ which I will receive by post or I can apply on the letter I have received by EMAIL.
