What is the best way to carry money to Canada, Cash or Card ?? and how much should we carry ??

u can carry $1000-2000 in cash at max....rest u can either wire transfer or use travelers cheques. U can carry credit cards if u want.but always carry some cash for like trolleys , cab etc....
 
You can carry $10,000 CAD max legally not $1000-2000. (Either its cash or travellers cheque)

If it exceeds more than legal limit you need to declare and provide proof :)
