My first LMO sent out last December but haven't receive any news yet, and now the employer don't need to hire live in caregiver anymore. And now I have to find another employer. If my future employer apply LMO for me now, should I tell the first employer call HRDC cancell the LMO application? if HRDC have my two LMO applications, will that affect my LCP visa? I dont think you can do somthing with sc. you can think like this lmo is for employer not for employee. if first employer dont want u anymore, sc will refuse to give lmo to the employer, not you
