I have filed my application in Nov and received AOR on Jan 15th 2014.
And till now there is no MR and not even the additional documents request.
I have applied GCMS in June end and received it in august first week ,where E , C are in progress and S,M are not started.
At the bottom of the notes , the Vo has mentioned that LE/Supporting docs does not match the lead statement or main duties under noc code selected.Review required by officer.
I have sent My 2013 T4 and NOA last month voluntarily.SENIORS can you please advise on my situation !!!!!

I think you answered your own question. They found a mismatch between your supporting documents (possibly reference letter) and duties expected of the NOC you claimed. Now it's going to be reviewed by a second VO.

Did your reference letter mention your duty? Is it a right time to send a new reference letter to report your duty in detail?

yes i have sent my reference letter with the title and the duties (around 6-8 duties).
I am not sure about to send the reference letter now without their request.and also i am not sure what discrepancy they have found in the reference letter.

Hi, friend. If you mentioned 6-8 duties which matched those of your NOC code, it would be rather strange. I am also waiting for my MR and have no communication with CIC. I guess I am in the same boat. :'(

Please check whether your duties shown in reference letter matched the NOC code. And then, I guess you will wait another several months to get the updated information. Order GCMS notes regularly to monitor your process. Good luck!
