I have a friend whose student visa was not approved because he is married. His wife would study and he would be accompanying her. The reason they gave is that they are not convinced they will return to their home country after studies.
My partner is going to apply for studies and I am accompanying him...
What kind of proof can you give to convince them?
I find it quite controversial that you need to prove that you will return when you can actually apply for PR while on a student visa in Canada...
Same case is with me, I have applied for study permit and my spouse is accompanying me. Well I showed property of my father and family members as my home ties.
Show your home ties like property ,buisness or funds you are invested in your home country trough which you are getting profit it will resolve your problem
