Good afternoon in Kuwait time,

I'm in process for re-applying again for my Visa,actually I have met the English language requiements, and no more will need to get an ESL program Alhamdullilah , the point is that, our contract doesn't contain something called study leave , so how I can convince my employer to issue a letter stating that I will leave Canada and return back to resume the work?

And can this letter be from different employer? Or it should be from the same employer who I have worked with him almost more than 4 years?
And can I get this letter from someone in My home country not country of residence?

Please advise.
