I am working in the animation industry for 3 years. I want to make a portfolio and apply in canadian studios . But, what kind of degree and diploma i need to qualified for work visa? Do i really need Bachelor degree 3 years?

I have 1 Year diploma/certificate as Graphic design from Adobe and 1 more year as Web Designer.
