I am applying for a LMO expempt work permit under the NAFTA international agreement. I am a professional graphic designer with the required years of experience and education.

Can I simply submit my 2 year College Diploma with a Visual Communications Degree & my transcripts with my application -or- do I have to go through the lengthy and expensive process of getting my credentials assessment and send that?
