What is Visa Office documents

I am not sure that what are the VIsa office documents, i know the other documents which is related to the CIO, should be filled any other documents for Visa office, I am staying currently in Kuwait and which Visa office should i selected, do i need to fill any special application other normal applicaiton, please carify

According to the official site, Kuwait applies to London:

I applied from Kuwait but Cairo VO not london
From your name I can see you are Indian from Keral living/working in Kuwait
You have 2 Options for Visa Office New Delhi -India as your Nation or
London who serves Gulf area if you lived here legally for atleast one year

For most Indians and others served by New Delhi Vo , it's faster and predectable than London VO.
