WHAT IS THE SCOPE OF WINTEL (SYSTEM) ENGINEER IN CANADA...???

Well i did my B.Tech in Electronics & Communication in 2013 from I.P. University, Delhi ( INDIA )with 80%+ marks, right now working as an Wintel System Engineer with a reputed co. in India.

My ultimate aim is to settle down in Canada , can i work there as an Wintel system engineer & what are the scope in this field in Canada....????

Am i eligible for immigration....What is the best way to settle down in Canada as an Engineer...????

If i go for MS ,will this be beneficial....????

Look right now finding job is canada is real tough, recent experience of my friend for canada who made it in a job, that job was for teaching, for two vacancies there were like 1500 applicants and only two people got the job , one my friend and other one was a bangladeshi guy, so you have to work really hard for getting job , and if there is a course which leads to easy job then dont you think every other person will be doing that course and securing a job.
