What is the rehabilitation fee for a DUI in 2016?

So I know that some of this is grandfathered in after 2018. I have heard that since mine is before that, I don't have to pay the "serious criminality" fee, but instead I could pay the $200 CAD fee. My DUI was in the United States January 2016. I have had many TRP's approved over the years because I come to work in Canada about 2 to 3 times a year. No issues with those. So now I am eligible to apply for rehabilitation. Thanks for any information.
