Just wondering if anybody out there knows where I could find the Canadian Criminal Code equivalent for a first time misdemeanor DUI from the United States. As stated this was a first offense with no injuries or property damage, agreed to breathalyzer, and was considered a misdemeanor in Virginia (i know it is a more serious offense in Canada). I am applying for Criminal Rehabilitation and am really not sure where to find this information. Anybody have any ideas?
A DUI makes you inadmissible to Canada for five years. How long ago was this and when did you complete your sentence / penalty / pay your file? You can apply for rehabilitation once five years have passed since you completed your sentence for the DUI.

Thanks for the reply. I know that I am currently considered inadmissible to Canada. My DUI was in August 2008 and I completed all sentencing and paid all fines by August 2009. So it has been 6 years. I am currently in the process of applying for Criminal Rehabilitation and the application requests the equivalent Canadian Criminal Code as the one I was charged with in the US. I'm just not sure where to find this information, so I thought I would see if anybody in the forum might know where I could find it.
