The next stage is Passport request, so if you security checks are completed then you will receive a passport request very soon ( sometimes security checks are still on even they send the medical request).
For CHC New Delhi I have seen Medical Request and passport request at the same time...does that mean security check is completed ? My status says they have started reviewing my application on OCT 28th and send Medical and passport request dated 1st November...does that mean in 3 days they have done security check and VO is satisfied ?

Mostly likely security checks are done when they made a request for the passport but sometimes security checks are still going and they do return the passport if they think it will take long for sucurity checks to be complete( especially when they find out some new information on passport )
In my case I have travelled to Canada after submitting full docs and will come to India for getting the stampin......this travel to Canada- will it add the security check or since its Canada they can do it faster and return the passport without delay ?
