My classes start from January 6. I've applied for study permit application few days ago. So, the chance of approval before the start of classes is very less.
In order to defer to May, I must inform my university before January 6. If I ask my university to defer and they do so, then the offer letter I sent in my study permit application would be invalid. So, who should I contact first? IRCC? or my university?
