what is the problem if I did not pay the special fees?

This is the first term for me and I am international student and living outside of Canada. I registered courses but i can not study because Covid 19. I asked the University to drop the term due to covid 19. they asked me about special fees saying that is not refundable and It is expensive. what would happen if i did net pay and left the college??

Don't pay them a penny.They can't sue you.You would ofcourse be blacklisted in case you are planning to reapply to same school again.
