What is "Language test result form or certificate number"(as per CIC) on IELTS Score card?

Is it Candidate number or Test Report Form Number?
or any one of them?

It is the value printed in the field named "Test Report Form Number" at the bottom right of the official IELTS test report.

And "Date of test results" should be Date just beside "Test Report Form Number"? I believe this is generally Thursdays. However, we see the result only on the next day which is Friday. So what to give here?

No.. ielts score is valid for two years. So it doesn't matter.
