What is BIL no1 in biometrics application?

I have something called "BIL no1" to be filled up for biometrics appointment in India.

I cannot figure out what is that In the "Biometric Instruction Letter" I got few months back. I can see UCI, Application no and at the bottom of letter there is a section called "FOR OFFICIAL USE AT BIOMETRIC COLLECTION SERVICE POINTS:". It has "IRCC No". But no "BIL no1" anywhere.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Your application number is your BIL. Did you receive email from canada high commission in Delhi? Did you try and submit a copy of that email on VFS Webform (link is in the mail). I am being told that students can submit after 2 Dec.

Yes, I got the email from high commission in Delhi. Yeah, I tried with application number but could not go ahead. Says Family class is priority. Thanks for the clarification.

@Here I also go the biometric letter for my parents. Their PR fill is in process under family category and they have same application number. I tried using application number in BIL No1 and BIL No 2 but its says Duplicate BIL not allowed.

What should be done in this case?
