What is better to apply for a Diploma or P.G. diploma if academic backlogs

What is better to apply for a Diploma or P.G. diploma if academic backlogs are there once applied for study permit with p.g. cert course and refused due to reason of Course not suitable. I have 7 BANDS GIC WAS DONE AND FULL FEES PAID. The reason of refusal was that my proposed course is not appropriate-probably because I have 4 backlogs in my bachelors. So if they feel that academically I will not be able to do a p.g. course then next time should I change my course level to Diploma.PLEASE SUGGEST.

We are not clear... your question.

1.you want suggestion Diploma r PG Dip if u had backlogs (these you've to check it with Univ, not related to Visa application).
2.If u'r visa got refused already, then share your profile and the reason for refusal.

I have appeared in one of my B.Tech subject for 3 times.

Only in 3rd attempt i passed it.

So please tell me it considers only 1 backlog or 2 backlogs????

No probelm... I have cleared Maths of 3rd Sem in 8th Sem, I was worried about it alot But GOd saved me

bro i also cleared my math of 4th sem after 8th sem bt it considers only 1 backlog or more den 1 ? as i attemted it for many times!!!!
