My Passport reached the IRCC office on 31st of March and no update since then. Did your passport reach on 20th or was it dispatched on 20th and reached later?

25th April - Got COPR

is COPR and visa stamped passport enough to travel to Canada or PRTD is needed?

Its enough. PRTD is for people who are already PR and dont have pr card with them. You r not yet PR , you will become PR once u land in canada. PRTD is not for you.
