What is 2024 timeline for PR visa stamping in New Delhi office

We have received our dispatch message for spousal PR. Here's our timeline.
16th Sept - Submitted to VFS Mumbai
20th Sept - Process started at IRCC
22nd Oct - Received dispatch message.

So it is taking around 30-40 days including holidays to get your passport.
Hope everybody gets it soon.

Seems like IRCC is actually counting exact 30 days to dispatch the passports.
Is there anyone whose has been dispatched before this timeline?
Mine was submitted 18th Oct . I guess need to wait till 18th Nov.

Have submitted by passport for PR Visa stamping and it reached Delhi office on Oct 9th and it is under process from then. Is it wise to book tickets for first week of December? Will the strain between the two governments cause any processing delays?

Mine reached on the 9th of October as well, my counterfoil on Gckey got updated today and final decision is shown as well. I have my ticket booked for December 16. Waiting for passport dispatch message.

06th Nov-Decision envelope dispatched by IRCC to VAC,Delhi
06th Nov-Decision Envelope dispatched to Courier partner
07th Nov- passport delivered back.
