Mine passport submission to IRCC Delhi is December 4th, when can I expect to receive the passport?

Same here I have tried contacting IRCC via web-form but haven't got anything back and VFS says it is supposed to take only 10-12 business days which has already been long gone.

PPR: 20th November
Submitted to Blue Dart: 25st November
Reached IRCC New Delhi: 29th November
Status: Still under process, no updates yet.

Usually their processing time is 2-3weeks only but because of christmas break they took 1.5month for nov submission.I hope you will receive in upcoming week .
 
I sent email to this adress regarding our application with tracking no and date of birth to access our application.In first email answer they mentioned your application under process and today I got email in which they were mentioned your passport has been stamped and out for delivery.You can send your inquiry on this email.I hope it would work for you.Good luck to all
