My friends, who was international student, would like to apply citizenship and she already have enough time. A little bit over 1095 day.

However, she add 2 years international student days to have 1095.

What if she apply just today?

Does she need 1460 instead of 1095 days?

Really confused about C24 right now

And what about the application now in progress?

Anything to do with them?

Does your friend has a PR? If no, then your friend cannot apply for citizenship.

If Yes, you may want to calculate days to add up to 1095 and then apply.

You have said student days. Was she permanent resident then?

Use online residency calculator. As long as you use correct dates it will not make mistakes. It will tell whether you are eligible or not.

If that was the question then yes. CIC still have old citizenship rules and applications. New one will be effective approximately in an year.
