PR in June 2011 when can i apply June 2015 or Earlier

My wife became PR in 2011 and will complete her 1095 days in Mar 2015.

Does she need to wait until june 2015 or can apply right after she completes 1095 days in march 2015.

I wanted to get the feet before C-24

Please advise if thats possible

It is wise to accumulate few more days/weeks, especially if you traveled during the relevant residency period, which I understand; you did. Many people post regret later here for making a calculation error in residency to end up in RQ and nightmare of never ending explanations.
