What if Canada COPR expire before adding my son in PR application?

Me and my wife received Canada COPR and Visa in September 2023.

In october 2023, my son was born. So i raised the webform in december 2023 to add my son in PR application and continuously issuing in every month.

IRCC inform that they have added my son in application and send the file to responsible office.

But I have not received any mail asking for generic form and family form and funding docs etc.

My COPR will expire on 14 April 2024.
What should I do?

I should travel without son before COPR expire?

Or is it fine to wait for the son's process without COPR expiry concern.?
