1. Passport
2. COPR
3. Proof of funds (if required by immigration stream)
4. Goods Accompanying and Goods to Follow list (if also 'landing as settler' - ie not just a soft landing for PR
The goods accompanying you and goods to follow list,is that just a list I write down or do I print out a form off the IRCC website, thanks very much for the help by the way.

Your own lists are all you need. Two copies of each with an estimated resale value in CAD next to each item and a total for all on the list. You do NOT need to fill out the CBSA form, they will do tgat and usually staple your own list to it.

This question might sound ridiculous but please do answer.
I’m planning to cross the border through ambassador bridge to complete landing formalities on Saturday.
CBSA site says office at ambassador bridge is open 24/7 which contradicts with info in some other posts which says that offices are open only from 8 AM to 5 PM from Tuesday to Thursday. So could you please shed some light here

I dont know for certain, but I suspect that the Tuesday to Thursday hours are for true 'flagpoling' only. You are not flagpoling as such, so you can land anytime there is a CBSA presence, which is 24 hours as this crossing never closes.
