I am just curious here about what exactly happens if your EE profile is near to the expiry date and you have still not got any result out of the EE application?
People, who have applied for OINP, are waiting for around more than 3 months for AOR and let us add 1 month (ideal situation) or 3 months (worst situation) for the nomination. Now, we are left with less than 6 months for ITA to COPR journey.
Do IRCC extend the EE profile expiry date? What exactly happens in this scenario?
Is it true that the PNP-based ITA is processed faster than the direct ITA application?

Express entry profile does not matter after you apply for PR. Your file will be processed even though EE profile expires. you just need to file the application before it expires.

CIC is very unpredictable and it depends on case to case. but what i have seen in this forum is if you have nomination you application is processed faster then others(generally).
