what happens after my previouly denied refugee claim reaches federal court

Hello, everyone. I applied for asylum, but it was denied. They said I had an Internal flight alternative (option). My lawyer appealed twice. it got rejected both times. Now, we are appealing it in Federal court (Judicial review). my question is, if it gets dismissed again at the Federal court, i may have the option of PRRA and/or H&C after 12 months. how do I stay in Canada without getting deported for 12 months before I can apply for PRRA and/or H&C ? Please advise.

You and your lawyer can attempt to put your deportation on hold until the outcome of PPRA or H&C.
