What form does my Employer need to fill for an LMO

I graduated in the Esthetician Program and I am on a Post-Graduate work permit that expires in Sept.
I have been able to find work but as soon as I let my potential employers know that i would need an LMO they tend to think its a hassle and I myself am not quite sure what exactly do I need my employer to do for me to be able to extend my work permit.
kindly let know what forms do I have to get them to fill, What documentation would they need to submit in order to get a Positive LMO
