processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office

I'm really worried.. Cause its beem just 4 days. Can you tell what does it mean?

any updates. I filed after you. so just checking what stage you are in.

I am also getting same message. Does it means that the processing is done and now they are going to send the passport back via courier with decision they made.
I mean does it mean decision is already been made and they sent passports.

I also got the same mail, Visa application, tracking ID ****Your processed decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, on 2019-02-18 09:09:38 AM GMT Standard Time and is on transit to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO-NEW DELHI.

They have taken the decision regarding your application... Now u just need to have patience...
I received this email on 31 jan but my visa issue date on passport is 22 january...soo u have to wait now for ur passport.

Decision can be anything... As u have applied offline....however in online case,passport request is considered approval...
Soo u can wait for further update... Or else u can ask ur agent...he might have received the decision

No, study permit and applied through agent do not know anything. Does it really take long?
