If MR are done you are almost finished, you can expect your request for passport to receive your visa. Sometimes they still do some security screening after MR, but depends on each VO. Some VO's are sending the Medical forms after they are done withe the security check's.
The best way to find out what is going on in your file is by ordering GCMS/CAIPS notes.
If everything is Ok with your(and dependent's) Medical+ Educational docs and Security Check...there is 99.9% chances to get visa

What is ur processing date? Dont u see any MR in ur CAIPS notes? What LVO replied about ur Case? If CRIM is PASSED then what BG are under process now..u can see this in ur CAIPS ..... where VO requests BG to someone.
