My Sister applied under Skilled Worker and Fie was sent to cic and yesterday her visa was charged for the amount they filled what does that mean as far as file .Has the file been accepted ???? seniors plz advice thanks
Yes file has been accepted after reviewing all documents. Now the file will be transfered to visa office in Delhi or some other place for further verification of employment, bank statements etc. If cleared this stage, then they will tell to submit PPC and medicals. Final stage will be MEDICAL REQUEST. If you get medical request, then you have cleared 100 % of ur journey.
Now your sister has cleared 50% of the journey. As, this is the most important stage of clearing. They will send AOR number, whch means file number , we can view the status online. After charging the money, it takes about 15-30 days to get AOR number.
It all depend on which city u live and if u can get car in 2 to 3 months then u have lot of options .
i would say who ever wants to land here land in may of june as weather is good and u can run for millions of options
good luck to u if u are coming with family try to come alone first and then once u fine a job and a apartment then bring family thats my personal opinion .
