Do anybody have the idea about the term In process. My online e case status recently changed to "In process". In details it is showing the message: Required review of your documents have completed, we started processing your application from may 25, 2010.
What does it signifying. Normally what tey are doing in this stage?

It means that they have started working on your file. CHC will start the document verification, background and security check. If all is well next step is to get the medicals
Tank you for sharing your experience. One more clarification, Generally how long does it takes to complete the process. My visa office is Singapore. I submitted the first application to CIC on september 15, 2009
It depends on lot of things. I am not sure about Singapore office bu New Delhi is taking around 4 months
But it depends a lot on case to case, like have you submitted full documents or have provided explaination for some, your travel history, employment history etc
My experience is that "in process" means only that the application is on the visa office. My wife's application was "in process" as of early December, but when I checked in March the Embassy said they hadn't actually started working on her file!!
