What does "CSC Date" mean?

This field is in the GCMS notes under the "FAMILY CLASS SPONSORSHIP" section. Does anyone know what "CSC" stands for? I've scoured the web but can't find anything.

It could the initials of the immigration officer/staff handling your file.

Thanks for the suggestion, but this field is on everyone's GCMS notes. It's a standard data label in the system.

Just a guess: it seems to be a receiving date. Can't work out the acronyms though.
