you can check out inland applications forms and checkout guide would tell you what you need.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp
P.S you can apply for outland while you are in Canada (much faster processing time )
i was also just reading about applying for outland while in canada does this works? i read that we might have to come back to germany at some point for an interview is this true? also can my wife enter back into canada again if we leave for germany?
iis there any fourm on here that explains how to do a outland application while in canada?
I'm not sure what you mean by a forum. You simply fill out the outland application and send it off. There are no problems with being in Canada and applying outland.
The vast majority of applicants do not require interviews. Those are usually for applicants with criminality issues or who have a lot of red flags in their application.
so we just fill out a outland application in canada then send it to germany sorry for the dumb questions im just confused thanks
You fill out the outland application and send it to the outland address in Mississauga. The will forward it to the visa office abroad after sponsor approval.
also we are planning on doing her medical in canada will that effect doing a outland application
It does not matter where you do the medical.
ok thank you so much for the help im just figuring out all this its really confusing
If applying outland while in Canada though, I think your wife can't work because she'll only be on a visitor visa.
(Please anyone correct me if I'm wrong)
this is true i just looked it up
also i married my wife in germany that wont effect a outland application in canada?
No it won't affect it, unless you are in a same-sex marriage and got married in Germany. Then that's an issue.
And the biggie I don't think anyone has mentioned - if you apply Inland your wife can work BUT cannot leave Canada for any reason or the application will be considered abandoned. That means no visiting in case of sickness or death in the family. Does she want to risk that?
