I have two questions for my Express entry profile as a skilled worker:
1- my year of experience was a sort of professionalization contract: time spent in school (about a week per month) working towards a Master's in project and program management and the rest of the time spent working in a company as a project manager. I was paid for my time at work and in the classroom. Does it count as the year of work experience?
2- I have other work experiences in other domains but I couldn't get a letter of reference from my previous employers. Should I just not add them to my profile?
