I am just curious to know why this guy has picked you from the lot - did you have any tiff with him ? I know it is difficult to ignore but of course, its time you confront him and ask him to spill the beans. Hey, you are the only person who know the entire situation so it will be difficult for others to comprehend and advice. Be strong and try to piss him off as much as you can - good luck !!

Buddy then I won't call him a bully, he is just willingly doing that and its not his habit. He wants you to help him out. You are doing the right thing by not doing any of his stuff for him. He can't do anymore harm that this. Just report him with the International Center as enfield suggested and if they don't take any action you can talk about it to the higher authority ie CHC. Its high time for that.

I second this - It is the college/University who should take action against this behaviour and I personally feel that CIC will not intervene as they would direct you to the college.
Go ahead and take this step immediately.

I am new to this forum...I am studying in Canada over an year now and I have been bullied by my classmate who is from the same country as i am..The bullying has reached an extreme point where my classmate just sit's near me and slowly start to torture me with his verbal abuse. I really do not want to ASSAULT HIM as this can get me deported from Canada but what can i do...I just want to stay away from him and thats all what i want..I tried to ignore him and even listen to the crap he tells me just so he can stay away from me, What can i do in Canada, i dont have any relatives here to help me out, i am all by myself...

Should i talk to the college about it? And if anyone knows, what are the possible steps that the college can take to prevent my harassment.?

I think if u've ignored him , and it isnt working ..then before complaining u must answer back.
