What are the requirements in applying a new work permit?

I got a new employer, a family to take care of their children and they arr willing to sponsor me. They want to do the application of my new work permit by themselves, without agency. What are the requirements needed to apply for my new work permit and how?? Thank you in advance..

They need to obtain an approved LMIA before you can apply for a work permit.

How can they apply for LMIA? And what are the requirements? I am already here in canadA. They are my new employer. Thank you again

But can i still apply for PR someday? Even im in Quebec? Thank you. Im just so very very worried
