Hai frnds now im in final year b.tech from mechanical.i want to apply for pg diploma in Canada but i'm having a very big problem that is i'm having more no.of backlogs(including attempts overall 16) and percentage 65.what are my chances of getting admission in colleges and chances of visa???

I have seen lot of people getting Visa with lots of backlogs! Just try to explain them with a good reason in your SOP!
