Bad academics- More backlogs

Hello, I'm from India. I want to pursue advance diploma in Canada SPP college. But I am afraid because I've backlogs in my academics. Please suggest me what to do and what are my chances to get visa.

10th -78.79%
Diploma - 3 years - Computer Engineering- 7 backlogs - 6.9 CGPA
Bachelor - 3 years - Computer Engineering- 7 backlogs - 6.9 CGPA - got admission in direct 2nd year because of diploma student

1 year experience as an Application Engineer in big MNC.

I'm so much worrying about visa rejection. Please do help.

No. In some subjects i took 2 to 3 attempts to solve back logs.
