WES upgrade for education/ employment

Hi Guys!

I have few queries for which I need some suggestions based on your experience.

I have completed the basic evaluation from WES for immigration for my highest degree (MTech). I received the evaluation report with the initial reference number. Evaluation type was document by document. I have not yet started with the express entry since my IELTS are pending. I plan to upgrade the WES report from document by document to course by course. Also, will be including 3 more credentials.

Below are my queries:

1. I have IELTS exam end of this month. So, I may apply for EOI by mid of Jan once I get the result. If I apply for upgrade now, will my earlier generated report still be accessible?

2. As new reference number will be evaluated for the upgrade, which report shall be used for immigration?

3. Do I need to send the transcripts for my initially verified credentials too?

4. Will I be having access to both the reports?

5. If I apply for upgrade, will the initial basic immigration report be invalid?

Please suggest/ guide at earliest. Your opinion is valuable.
