WES Report upgrade to Document to Document evaluation

Dears,

I had done my ECA a year ago. Now I require to provide WES report to CPA Canada to provide by degree evaluation.
Problem is when I try to upgrade the report to Document to Document evaluation, it is showing my first WES reference number ( with only one credential) and not the latest one with 2 credentials. The first reference number is coming as default and I am unable to change it to the latest WES reference number.

Just a quick question, are you trying to enroll to CPA Canada as an internationally trained accountant? If yes, are you doing this as a part of any MRA? I was unaware that COA Canada asks degree evaluation from third party, this is new for me.
