The normal one (+1800.361.6106), you just have to wait a few seconds after the initial message, then you get a second menu with language options. And obviously, you then have to speak in French

Make an EE profile, when they ask you for your ECA number, put your reference number followed by IMM. for example, if your reference number is 323264, put your ECA number as 323264IMM. This is your last chance if you have no other.

if IRCC finds out the ECA report published date is after his submittal of EE profile (including IMMXXXXX) they will mark as ineligible for misrepresentation

why is it a misrepresentation if he provided accurate data based on a prediction of the ECA report? in my opinion, its not a misrepresentation if he is certain with his ECA outcome.

there is no prediction in EE. it's all number and fact game !

what is important is the date you submit the profile with all the information and it doesn't matter when you created the profile.
for example, if you submit profile on 01-12-2019 with ECA ref trick and your ECA was published or completed on 05-12-2019, do you think IRCC is stupid to ignore this ? they don't even have to cross-check it's all automated to eliminate over smart folks by their system itself !

Agree, having said that IRCC express entry application shouldn’t allow future date of entry for any field, but they still do. It was a simple stuff do,however they don’t.
